If you're looking for something fun to do on St. Patricks Day, why not throw your own party? Following are some great St. Patricks Day party ideas.

Deciding on what to do can be difficult, but why not throw a treasure hunt--with the very end being a pot of "gold" with chocolate gold coins? Play traditional Irish music, and have a contest for the best impersonation of an Irish jig.

If you have a party with younger children, try to invent a tag game involving snakes and bugs. Dub one child to be St. Patrick and try and drive out all of the snakes and bugs just like St. Patrick did.
