New Baby Checklist

Here is a new baby checklist that is both practical and budget-friendly. Some of these online newborn checklists have a list of necessities that can easily be done without. For instance one mentions a plastic infant bathtub as a necessity. There are many young mothers who don’t have a fancy special bathtub for their baby.

For instance, when I was caring for my infant niece, I didn’t have a plastic baby bathtub. What I did have was one of those shaggy plastic mats at the bottom of the tub. It was perfect for laying the baby on in just an inch or two of water. She was perfectly comfortable lying on her back leaving both of my hands free to bathe her.

Other items mentioned as a necessities are soft hooded towels and plush baby washcloths. However, if you have soft washcloths and towels, you don’t absolutely have to have special baby bath towels and washcloths.

With all these items from the new baby checklist on hand you are ready to bring home your baby. Just remember you will receive of lot of these items at your baby showers, plus a lot of the extras not listed on the new baby checklist.

Now all you need to do is pre-order your birth announcements, so you can receive the envelopes and get them addressed before all the excitement of bring home the baby. Then head to the hospital to have your baby knowing that you are as ready as you could ever hope to be thanks to the new baby checklist.
