Put any wording on any card to
reflect your own special occasion.
Unlimited Wording
At Inviting Smiles, you can have as many lines of
print and words on each line as you desire. We do not charge extra
for additional lines of print. We do recommend, however, that you
take into consideration the size of the card and amount of printable
space. Printing too much information where there is not ample room
will cause your text to be very small and hard to read. We suggest
you use our examples as guidelines when you choose your wording.
Free Proof
Inviting
Smiles
offers a free proof of your wedding invitation set up in the
typestyle you have chosen. Your proof will be sent by e-mail within
3 business days following receipt of your order. As soon as you
approve the proof, your order will begin being processed (printed). The
processing time begins the day you approve your proof, not the day we
receive your order.
Please check
over your proof very carefully. If there are any mistakes or missing
information on your proof, we must be notified to make the
corrections. If a new proof is required due to changes made by the
customer that differ from the original order, a $15.00 charge per
additional proof may apply. Once we have received your proof approval, you are
giving us permission to print your cards exactly as they are.
Inviting Smiles is not responsible for any errors once we have received
the approval and print the order according to the setup on the approved proof.
Time to Print
After
approving your proof, wedding invitations are printed within five to seven
business days.
Spacing and Type Size
Our
designers will lay out your text to achieve the best results. If you
have any special suggestions that you would like us to follow, just make
note of these on the order form.
Return Address on Envelopes
Your
return address can be printed on the envelopes for an additional charge.
To have your address printed on the announcement or invitation envelopes,
the charge is $18.00. To have your address printed on the recipient card
envelopes, the charge is $18.00. To have your address printed on
both the announcement and recipient envelopes, the charge is $32.00.
Changes and Cancellations
Before
your order has been printed, we are happy to make any changes you desire. There is no charge to
make changes to your order before it has been printed unless an additional
proof is required. Once you have placed your order with Inviting
Smiles, there will be a $15.00 fee charged to cancel the order.
After we have received your proof approval or if you have chosen not to
receive a proof, the order cannot be cancelled. The policy for changes and
cancellations on our custom photo cards can be found on the custom photo
cards section of our site.
Error Free Guarantee
If
Inviting Smiles prints an error on our side after receiving the order, we
will RUSH re-prints and ship at no charge. If an error is made out
of our control, we will print at a 30% discount off the regular
price. Inviting Smiles must be notified of any problems within 10
days of receiving your order.
Returns
Inviting Smiles does not take returns on custom printed
or custom produced items. If there is a mistake made on your item
that differs from your order or your approved proof, our error free
guarantee will be implemented. We guarantee the accuracy of your
order, or your order will promptly be corrected. You may be asked to
send your order back for us to examine. Shipping charges for all
orders shipped out are non-refundable.
