Prices Include
The price listed below each birth announcement includes the
complete invitation, custom layout, printing, and a matching white envelope.
Envelopes
High quality
white square flapped envelopes are included with all orders. We
always include extra envelopes in your order in case you make a mistake
while addressing them. You can upgrade to our new vellum

Minimum Order
The
minimum number of announcements or note cards for each design ordered is
20. The minimum order of custom photo cards is 25.
Fast Delivery
Orders are shipped from Inviting Smiles in Dallas, Texas within one to
three business
days from the day you order, or the day you approve your proof if you
select that option. Inviting Smiles offers UPS Ground (2 to 5 days),
UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air shipping services.
More Than Birth
Announcements
Many of the birth announcements at Inviting Smiles also make great baby
shower and party
invitations. Keep this in mind when looking through the selections.
Pre-Ordering Birth
Announcement Services
Inviting Smiles offers expectant parents the ability to order their birth
announcements early and receive the envelopes in advance to get a head
start on addressing them. There is NO EXTRA CHARGE for this service. When ordering in advance,
the announcement and wording can be chosen, but the baby's name and
statistics can be called or e-mailed in to us shortly after birth.
Your order will then begin processing immediately.
If the sex of
your baby is not known, you can pick out both a girl and boy style and you
will only be charged for the invitations you end up using. However,
be sure to choose styles that are the same size so that your envelopes
will work for either style. If you

Thank You Cards
Most of our designs have coordinating folded notes which can be
personalized with a baby or child's name, or with a thank you message of
your choice. These are perfect for sending after baby showers and
children's birthday parties. To see if a design has a coordinating
thank you card, just click on the item of interest and check the summary
page.
Error Free Guarantee
If
Inviting Smiles prints an error on our side after receiving the order, we
will RUSH re-prints and ship at no charge. If an error is made out
of our control, we will print at a 30% discount off the regular
price. Inviting Smiles must be notified of any problems within 10
days of receiving your order.
Disclaimers
We do not guarantee the timeliness or
performance of any shipping service or the performance of any supplier of
paper stock due to discontinuation or back-orders. Inviting Smiles
reserves the right to label the reverse side of the card with their
corporate copyright and logo. You agree that Inviting
Smiles shall not be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental
damages arising pursuant to any aspect of your order or the content of the
information contained therein.
